Nagaraja KH & Co was incepted in the year 2011 as a proprietary concern and grew as a partnership firm in September 2020. With the Expansion, now the firm is having its Head office at Bengaluru and branch at Hyderabad.
He has completed Chartered Accountancy in the year 2010 and he is a Fellow Member of ICAI (FCA). He also holds the degree of ACS from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He is a B.Com Graduate from Mangalore University in the year 2004.
Soon after his qualification, he has associated with ABB Ltd for 1 year and left for practice in the year 2011. His experience in the field of Audit includes Statutory audit, Internal audit, Management audit for companies, firms, LLPs, Individuals Etc. He has vast knowledge and a thorough understanding of Indian laws and regulations, as well as the complex corporate taxation system.

CA Hanumantha Reddy B. Com, ACA., is the practicing Chartered Accountants (s) since 2017. He qualified in the year 2012. He served as employee from five 2012 to 2017 at a Chennai based Chartered Accountant’s firm. His areas of practice are Internal audit, Tax audit concurrent audit of Banks branch, Audit of Schools and Colleges, Consulting service in the area of Tax and Management accounting for corporates, firms and proprietary businesses.
In the course of rendering professional services, he developed corporate audit skills in the area of Public company audits, Statutory audit, Review audit, and Assurance audit. He also has expertise in audit of Bank branches.
Mr. Chandan R is a BCom Graduate from Bengaluru University. He has completed CA IPCC in 2016 and waiting for his finals. He has associated with Nagaraja KH & Co since 2019 and at present he is heading the Indirect Tax Team as a Manager.
He is taking care of registration, filing of returns, preparation for assessments and appeal with his vast experience.
